1. My Game keeps saying connecting and won't connect Answer:
Please try these steps:
1. Go to your device Settings and enable "Airplane Mode"
2. Reboot your device.
3. Go to the settings again and disable "Airplane Mode" to restore all networks
4. Launch Hay Day and try again

If that doesn't help, you could also try to use the 3G network and see if that works. Another option is to reboot your WiFi router as well.

2. Missing Diamonds

Answer: In most cases the lost diamonds are actually used to speed up productions, animals, buildings etc. and sometimes by mistake. In some cases family members who have access to your device may also play the game without you knowing. Unfortunately we can't undo speed ups or purchases even if they are accidental, but you are more than welcome to contact our support about this!


That by adding a confirmation button it would spoil the flow of the game or in other words “That's how we make lots of money”


3. My farm disappears when I try to change the login to my friend's farm by Face book id, but when swap to my farm again I can't enter my farm and my friend can't see my farm in his friend list anymore? How can I fix this?

Answer: Unfortunately Hay Day doesn't support playing two farms on one device. You can try these steps:

1. Delete Hay Day from your device
2. Log out from Facebook and Game Center from your device
3. Double tap on the home-button so that a row of icons (open apps) appear at the bottom.
4. Tap and hold any of the icons until they all start to wiggle and get a red dot with a white stripe in the upper left corner.
5. Tap on all red dots on all icons to quit the apps running in the background
6. Double tap on your home-button again.
7. Restart your device
8. Re-install Hay Day from App Store
9. Login to your own Facebook account and Game Center account (which you used when you played your farm!)
10. Launch Hay Day
11. The game may ask if you want to continue another farm, and if the level is yours, select "yes"
12. Then type CONFIRM (in capital letters), depending on your language settings

4. I'd like to be able to purchase diamonds in the game with the coins I've earned.

Answer: Thank you for your feedback! I doubt that we will introduce exchanging coins to diamonds as diamonds are premium currency.

5. I just bought a pig pen and I didn't mean to, how can I get rid of it?

Answer: Unfortunately you can't undo or sell animal habitats.


6. If Hay Day crashes, in other words the game quits suddenly, please try the following steps:


Answer:

1. Double tap on the home-button so that a row of icons (open apps) appear at the bottom.
2. Tap and hold any of the icons until they all start to wiggle and get a red dot with a white stripe in the upper left corner.
3. Tap on all red dots on all icons to quit the apps running in the background (including Hay Day)
4. Double tap on your home-button again.
5. Go to Settings and enable "Airplane Mode"
6. Reboot your device.
7. Go to the settings again and disable "Airplane Mode" to restore all networks
8. Launch Hay Day and try again.

Also make sure you have the latest iOS version installed on your device! If this doesn't help or you have any further questions, please use the in-game Report An Issue to contact our support, or email them at: hayday.feedback@supercell.net so that they can look into it.

7. When I try to buy diamonds it doesn't work?

Answer: Please make sure that you have your In-App Purchases setting turned on. It can be found in Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> In-App Purchases. If it was OFF and you turned it ON, please then do the following steps:

1. Double tap on the home-button so that a row of icons (open apps) appear at the bottom.
2. Tap and hold on the Hay Day icon until it starts to wiggle and gets a red dot with a white stripe in the upper left corner.
3. Tap on the red dots on the icon to quit the game
4. Double tap on your home-button again.
5. Restart Hay Day

If this doesn't help, please check that you have the latest iOS version installed on your device, and that you have all your iTunes account settings set.

8. Why don't I get movie tickets at my mailbox?

Answer: The movie ticket is a feature Hay Day is still testing, and currently only a random group of players may get it. However, the ticket may appear & disappear from the farms at any time during this trial period.

9. I have used my cousin's Ipad to load my Hay Day game, and now I cant get her own game back, what do I need to do?

Answer:
1. Delete Hay Day from your device

10. I am no longer able to get the gift certificate to collect all. I can see them, but the collect all button stays gray. 

Answer: Do you have 40 gift cards saved? If so, spend them and the collect button should not be gray any longer.


11. Is there anyway to unlink devices? Both my husband and I linked the game to our phones and now only one of us can play at a time we have tried signing out from facebook and game center and even when signed out from both of them it still will only let us play one at a time....we have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game....HELP!

Answer: Are you both playing the same FARM?
If they've linked them together it won't matter if they have different GC ACCOUNT names...when one logs in, the other gets kicked out.


And if that's what they did..
They will have to use a THIRD DEVICE to create a new Hay Day game on...using a NEW GC ID
(Maybe a friend or family member has a device they can use for this)

Then after its loaded, opened and played for a few minutes.. (Gained XP points)
They can use the husband or wife's phone to LOAD the new one.
I'd recommend NOT USING the device that the original Hay Day farm was set up on..

AFTER creating the NEW GAME on the third device..
They need to go to the device they want to LOAD it on and enter the NEW GC ID FIRST..
Then open Hay Day..

A window will pop up and ask if you want to LOAD game name XYZ type CONFIRM..
type CONFIRM in the box, then tap the green check mark.
It does say it will erase the existing game, but don't worry...the existing game is still on the HOME DEVICE it was loaded on.


12. I cant buy diamonds it says I cant connect too itunes?


Answer:
Make sure that you have your In-App Purchases setting turned on.
It can be found in Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> In-App Purchases.
If it was OFF and you turned it ON, please then do the following steps:
